WORKPLACE FIRST AID, CPR & AED COURSE

COURSE OVERVIEW

A workplace First Aid qualification is very often a vocational requirement. To become a certified workplace first aider, you will need to complete either the Adult First Aid, CPR & AED certificate course or for high risk work environments the First Aid at Work qualification (3 Day) may be required.

This course comprises of Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) modules, which make up the foundational offering in emergency care for the lay provider. The course integrates First Aid, CPR & AED skills into an easy to remember sequence, allowing participants to provide effective emergency care to injured or ill adults.

In addition to first aid and CPR training, this course also includes automated external defibrillator (AED) training. AED´s can increase a cardiac arrest victims chance of survival by up to 50-75%. AED´s are becoming more readily available while being incredibly safe and easy to use.

This Workplace First Aid, CPR & AED Course is internationally accredited, notably by the International Liason Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) as well as the European Resuscitation Council (ERC).
